|Recommended: YesGreat Management — Apartments are older but well kept and when a maintenance issues comes up, they are quick to address the problem. I've only lived here for about a year but haven't had any issues.

|Recommended: YesChurchill Crossing is a great place to live. The office staff and Maintenance are all amazing. I've lived here for about a year and a half and still love it. What few problems I've had, i.e. disposal going out or a c problem, the maintenance team has fixed within an hour or two of me reporting it, even on the weekend. The office staff have always gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Parking spaces do fill up fast on my end, but there is a large parking area right in the middle of the complex.

|Recommended: YesWhat I Would Tell Others About This Place — The Churchill crossing Apartments is a good place to live at It’s affordable, no unnecessary fees. Their maintenance team is always around and they also have someone on call late at night Our Ac was acting up late at night and the apartment sent someone right away and he fixed it in no time The Property staff is very nice and helpful They will keep you updated on everything

They do an excellent job with what they've been handed and to me that is what really matters. Doing your best with what you have to work with and taking care of business. They are all stars of community service.
The complex is very quite and a friendly atmosphere. The complex is kept up well so worth the look but it all goes back to the ones that work hard to keep it that way. The complex staff.

|Recommended: YesFor The Price, It's Nice — The office and maintenance staff are absolutely amazing. They're all long-standing and very friendly, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. If something breaks, it's dealt with swiftly. The units are decent, everything in the kitchen is new at least mine is and the rooms are well-lit and spacey. This is no Ritz Carlton but you could do worse for a grand a month in Austin, Texas, quite frankly. There's an HEB, a Walmart and lots of restaurants a stone's throw away, plus access to I-35 and MoPac both quite close. And a really nice trail that circles the area too if you need some sunshine.

|Recommended: YesNice Place — It’s a nice apartment complex, so far everyone has been friendly. The laundry room is nice and clean, the dumpsters aren’t overflowing the property is nice and clean. The only small issue is the parking.
