Beware of your depositssubmitted by Brenda P. - |Recommended: NoBeware of this place after you move out and you put deposits down because their documents , they say are not proof enough that you have paid your deposits, get a receipt plus a letter with all signatures of head personnel plus front office, not just one but all, they refuse to give me all my pet deposits and I paid for 3 to 4 deposits because everytime I had company if they brought their dog I had to pay 300.00 per dog I got back nothing because they said documents they had me sign and pay was not proof that I paid therefore sorry just because it says you paid doesn't mean you paid. They also lost same documents I had but they no longer had because someone had deleted those documents, of course in their favor but still their documents are worthless as far as proof, just get as many receipts as you can all I'm saying, and I was there for 5 years.

Not a clean placesubmitted by SARAH M. - |Recommended: NoWhen we first did a walk through we saw roaches and were told they would take care of it, it was very disgusting. You have to request that someone comes by to spray. They had someone come by every Monday and it did nothing. So they changed pest control services but they didn't show up as often. Did not want to cook cause the roaches would come out from all over. They told us not to buy our own spray cause it would counter act the pest control's spray

I really love living in this community, Super nice Office Staffsubmitted by She-Rie J. - |Recommended: YesI've been here going on 3 years and the office staff are super sweet, helpful and understanding. Great rates on the apartment homes and really nice community to live in. The only thing I wish I could change is to have more parking availability in the complex.

It is oksubmitted by Valorie D. - |Recommended: NoLiving here is cheap, and it shows. The unit is tiny, roaches are always crawling in the kitchen and the walls are so thin you can hear somebody's conversation clear as day from the parking lot. I wouldn't sign a lease here unless you truly can not afford somewhere better... I've seen cops cruising around the parking lot, so crime is common in this at area. I've personally heard multiple gun shots and yelling from every direction. I guess I can say it could be worse, but it is most definitely NOT a nice apartment complex and don't expect it to be.

It's getting better...submitted by Katherine M. - |Recommended: NoThe complex was bad when we moved in. Management is attempting to make it a better place to live but not being able to have unannounced visitors park in the complex is extremely irritating. We had a friend surprise us by coming in from out of town. She parked outside our building and in the 5 minutes that she was here amidst the excitement of seeing her we realized she didn't have a parking permit. We told her where to park and we ran out to the parking lot to find her car already on a flat bed. It cost ME 399.00 to get her car out. That is ridiculous Don't move in if you have friends who want to come over unannounced. It'll be an expensive lesson.
